Connecting beauty talent with the establishments that need them

The "Pôle Emploi" service offered by Institut Fandi aims to connect job-seeking beauticians with professional establishments (salons, spas, hotels, etc.) wishing to recruit qualified staff.

Beauticians submit their CVs to Institut Fandi via the designated form. Employers submit their recruitment needs via an online request or direct contact by filling in a form. Once a match is established between a profile and a position, Institut Fandi connects both parties.

• A fee of 500 MAD per recruited beautician is charged to the employer.
• This amount is payable upon confirmation of employment, after the signing of the beautician's employment contract.

• The employer agrees to sign a written employment contract with the beautician before she takes up the position.
• A copy of the contract must be sent to Institut Fandi (contact@institutfandi.com) for final validation and collection of the 500 MAD service fee per hired beautician.

• In case of professional incompatibility, the employer is entitled to one (1) free beautician replacement.
• Any further replacement will be billed at 300 MAD per beautician.

• Institut Fandi acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for disputes related to working conditions, payment delays, or behaviour in the professional workplace.
• It is the employer’s responsibility to comply with the Moroccan Labour Code and the regulations in force.

Information shared by beauticians and employers is treated confidentially. It is used only within the framework of the matching service.

By submitting a job offer or CV via our platform, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Service, and agrees to pay the service fee per hired beautician.
